Kona Beach Club is a modern Tulum-inspired coastal retreat, blending boho-chic aesthetics with a vibrant yet relaxing beachfront experience. Spanning 22,800 sq.m with 300 meters of pristine seafront, the club is designed to cater to a diverse audience, offering a mix of recreational activities, upscale lounging, private escapes, and flexible open spaces. Our scope of work focuses on refining the overall design cohesion of the project. This includes analyzing key focal points, selecting building façade materials, and developing wayfinding strategies along with hardscape and softscape recommendations. We have also reviewed and adjusted window and door schedules, conducted a thorough interior layout analysis, and curated material selections for finishes, lighting, and sanitary elements. Additionally, we have specified furnishings that align with the project's design vision, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience throughout the beach club.
